“The market is falling. Luxury housing has to catch up and drop the price to find a buyer,” he said. He has noticed that housing built with state support, and that offered by commercial developers in the regional centers, costs about $400 per sq. m. “there is No trend in its growth. The price will go down,” concluded the head of Department.

“Growth in housing prices with government support I don’t see more than 5%”, – said Anatoly Black. The Minister also said that this year it is planned to enter a 127 thousand square meters of rental housing. He recalled that in 2015 this figure amounted to 176 thousand square meters of housing for the needy will be spent Br4. 5 trillion. “For this money we could build, given the fact that hold down the price per square meter, is 840 thousand square meters”, – said the head of the Ministry of architecture.
