It is noted, Surgutneftegas was registered in March, and later, July 11, appeared Tatneft, LUKOIL, Bashneft. According to the newspaper, they are registered shareholders, whose names correspond to the names of Russian leaders. Top managers are Igor Sechin and Vagit Alekperov, Alexander Dyukov, Nikolai Tokarev and Vladimir Bogdanov.
