Bloomberg published a ranking of the cost of fuel in 61 countries.
For the past three months, the trend to lower oil prices, however, as in the case with the Ukrainian realities, it does not necessarily automatically lead to cheaper gasoline at the pump.
The ranking is based on the average cost of 95-octane gasoline, the source of information about fuel prices served as a resource GlobalPetrolPrices.com. In addition to the price of fuel experts Bloomberg has estimated the cost to citizens for the purchase of 1 liter in percent of daily income and indicated the average volumes of consumption of fuel per year.
A world leader in the low cost of petrol is Venezuela. In early 2016 the fuel prices in this country increased by 6,000 percent, but in the third quarter of the year, a liter of high octane fuel there was worth about $0.01. While Bloomberg has taken into account the informal rate of the Venezuelan Bolivar on the black market, which is more revealing than the official one.

Ukraine in the ranking are not included. The last three places at a cost of a liter of gasoline occupied the Netherlands (1.68 USD/l), Norway (1.78 USD/l) and Hong Kong (1.87 USD/liter).
