The power supply system, intended this diet, simple and safe for the body.
The diet is designed for 7 days and is aimed at reducing the number of calories that the body burns the accumulated surplus. This diet involves fasting and therefore do not pose a threat to health, will not lead the body to exhaustion and will not deprive you of vital energy.
1 day. 400 g of buckwheat, soaked in water; 250 ml milk; 450 ml of green tea.
2nd day. 500 g of cottage cheese; 500 g of green baked apples.
3rd day. 500 g of rice; 1.5 litres of tomato juice without salt.
4-th day. 400 g fish; green vegetables.
5-th day. 400 g of buckwheat, soaked in water; 250 ml milk; 450 ml of green tea.
6-th day. 300 g of boiled meat, preferably beef; 1 kg of green vegetables.
7-th day. 400 g of Herculean porridge and 1 kg of any fruit.
The General rule for all days – drink at least 2 litres of water a day.
Upon completion of the course guaranteed a loss of 6-7 kg of excess weight.
