Nutritionists invented a new method of acquiring a slim figure

Using for his experiments a volunteer group of men, the authors of the study, the staff of the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania concluded that skipping Breakfast and intense physical training in the morning will help to eat less throughout the day and, as a consequence, lose weight.

In the experiment, two groups of subjects came to the lab for 8 hours, while the participants of one group on the task of scientists had Breakfast (cereal and orange juice) and the other does not. At 10 a.m., volunteers stood on the treadmill and practiced for hours. The rest of the day they ate what they wanted, but the scientists recorded eaten. A week later, the participants of the two groups changed jobs.

“The results showed that men consumed more calories in those days, when they ate pre-workout. On average, participants consumed approximately 4500 calories in the days when they had Breakfast, and 3600 calories when you do not eat before exercise,” – said the authors of the project about the results.

Note that the Breakfast has been the meal, which a lot of debating scientists. Some experts believe that Breakfast need to be sure and it is from Breakfast depend on a healthy metabolism and slim figure. At the same time, studies like this do not consider Breakfast as a mandatory rule.

Scientists from the University of Bath in the UK, the experiment was conducted, which showed that skipping Breakfast does not increase the waist.
