Georgian doctors in the study found that if during lunch to eat persimmons, it is possible within a month “goodbye” with 3-5 pounds of excess weight.
The study involved 64 volunteers. Every meal they had to eat one fruit persimmon. As a result, the doctors discovered that the completion of the study, participants lost about 3-5 pounds of weight. In this sport they are not involved at all.
As reported by Georgian doctors: “Effect of consuming persimmon is just awesome. There is a release of the body fat without any sports. And, most importantly, none of the participants of the experiment for two months, there were no major health problems”.
