Nissan has brought to the series sports car with a triangular body shape.
Nissan introduced an updated version of the Bladeglider concept. Premiere of new items took place in Brazil at the event dedicated to the beginning of the Olympic games. Perhaps in the future the car will receive a serial version.
From the previous model, the prototype is characterized by altered design. The vehicle length is 4300 mm , width – 1850 mm. Weight is about 1300 pounds. The weight distribution of the model along the axes amounted to 30/70 in favor of the back.
The car has a landing formula 1 + 2 . The layout of the car follows the scheme used in another supercar – the McLaren F1.
Powerplant electroporator consists of two electric motors located on the rear wheels. The maximum speed of a prototype at 190 km per hour. To 100 km/h the vehicle can accelerate in less than 5 seconds. The novelty has three driving modes: off, agile and drift mode.
For the first time the concept Bladeglider was presented at AutoClean in Tokyo in 2013. Then it was assumed that the production version of the car in the lineup will take place on the stage below coupe 370Z.
