Nissan presented a prototype of an innovative power plant

The company Nissan introduced the world’s first prototype car that uses therookie fuel cells. The concept uses a electric powertrain, but can go in a mixture of water and ethanol. It is not excluded that in the future this technology will get a serial incarnation.

The car is built on the basis of the electric NV200 van, which is currently being tested on the roads of Brazil. Power reserve of new items is 600 kilometers.

In addition to this concept in Brazil Nissan introduced an updated version of the show car Bladeglider. From the previous model, the prototype is characterized by altered design. The vehicle length is 4300 mm , width – 1850 mm. Weight is about 1300 pounds. The weight distribution of the model along the axes amounted to 30/70 in favor of the back.

The car has a landing formula 1 + 2 . Its layout follows the scheme used in another supercar – the McLaren F1.

Powerplant electroporator consists of two electric motors located on the rear wheels. The maximum speed of a prototype at 190 km per hour. To 100 km/h the vehicle can accelerate in less than 5 seconds. The novelty has three driving modes: off, agile and drift mode.
