Microsoft announced 20-year anniversary of the most famous Wallpaper of Windows operating system.
Anniversary photograph titled “Bliss” or “Serenity” the software giant celebrated by posting a message on the social network Twitter.
This image was taken by photographer Charles O Riera in California 20 years ago, in 1996, on the camera Mamiya RZ67. Photo liked Microsoft after it published the photo service Corbis, owned by bill gates.
The company did not disclose the price of the purchased picture “Serenity” because of signed purchase agreements, but noted that this amount was the largest that Microsoft laid out in one shot.
