The Parliament of Montenegro adopted the document on the support of the country’s entry into NATO.
Document approved 48 of the Montenegrin Parliament, 26 voted against it.
“NATO membership is a historic decision not only for Montenegro, but also for the Alliance. Our neighbors will get another friend in the Alliance, and NATO is a sincere and a reliable promoter of their values on a historically unstable space of the Western Balkans,” reads the text of the resolution.
