Public premiere of new items will be held in late September at the Paris motor show.
Land Rover has unveiled the design of the SUV Discovery of the fifth generation. Judging by the photo, which was circulated by the press service of the company, the new product will be made in the style of the Range Rover Sport, but with some details from the Discovery Sport. World premiere of the SUV will take place at the motor show in Paris September 29.
Technical details about the new Land Rover at the moment are not reported. According Carscoops, Discovery V will be built on the same platform with its extensive use of aluminium, and the line Range Rover. In the basic configuration, the SUV will be a five-seater, but for a fee Discovery can be ordered in seven-seater version.
The initial modification, according to preliminary data, will be equipped with 2.0-liter supercharged engine (240 BHP), which is equipped with the Range Rover Evoque. Also in the line of powertrains will include a turbo diesel family Ingenium. The engines will be paired with a nine-automatic transmission.
