The government clarified the list of state automated databases.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (CMU) has changed the procedure for state registration (re-registration), deregistration of vehicles.
Corresponding decree No. 687 of October 5, published on the Government portal.
Thus, the government clarified the list of state automated databases required for registration (re-registration) of motor vehicles, to confirm the owners and the legality of their acquisition.
“Significantly reduced the time of registration (re-registration) of vehicles deregistration of cars, buses and self-propelled machines designed on the chassis of cars, motorcycles of all types, makes and models, trailers, semi-trailers, sidecars, others equal to them vehicles and mopeds due to the electronic transfer of information from managers of rosters to the authorized body of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine and a clear list of the state automated databases required for such actions”, – stated in the explanatory note to the resolution.
It is noted that the changes are aimed at protection from unfair actions of third parties upon registration (re-registration) of vehicles, in pledge of or passed in use.
