Scientists from the Czech Republic suggest collaboration with their Russian colleagues to create a 3D model of the oldest architectural monuments of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic.
Experts believe to create three-dimensional models of historical objects of the Russian Federation, belongs to the X century.
They include temples and watchtowers, which were located on the territory of Karachay-Cherkess Republic in the middle ages. The result of the work will be the publication next year of a special catalogue in Russian and English, where will be shown the historical monuments of KCR.
This year has already completed work on photography, using modern technology, two of the five planned for the 3D modelling of the temples. Three objects documentation has already been prepared in the previous period.
In addition, Czech experts in the process of their stay on the territory of the Republic are planning to conduct a study of the preserved unique wooden log houses, aged more than 300 years.
