“We need to keep an open dialogue with Russia, because we need to discuss Syria, Iraq and many other issues around the world,” Reynders told reporters before the second day of the NATO summit.

Thus, according to him, “you need to be very vigilant against Russia, while maintaining channels of negotiation and dialogue when possible.”

“I share the position that, if Russia will agree to the implementation of the Minsk agreements, on the progress in their implementation, need to see how to change the position from our side,” — said the head of the Belgian foreign Ministry.

In Warsaw the NATO summit, where the participants have agreed to deploy four battalions in the Baltic States and Poland, the launch of European missile defense system, multinational presence in the black sea region. The Russian side has repeatedly stressed that the buildup of NATO forces is almost at the Russian border demands from Moscow of retaliatory action.
