In Australia want to spare young people from nicotine addiction.
Born after 2001 should ban the sale of cigarettes and tobacco products, said the Minister of health of Queensland Cameron dick.
Thus he plans to bring completely free from nicotine addiction of the generation.
According to the publication, recently, the Council of QLD on anti-cancer initiated a total ban of Smoking to children and teenagers who were born after 2001.
Dick also said that for the past 15 years the number of adults in the state who smoke dropped from 30 to 15 percent. The Minister assured that the new laws will help further reduce the number of dependent from nicotine.
“What is clear is that Smoking has become socially unacceptable in Queensland,” said dick.
Recently the Australian Parliament passed laws that prohibit Smoking at bus stops of buses and taxis, in public places, as well as in institutions of education, rehabilitation and recreation, and near them, close to sports grounds and skate parks.
