To overcome snoring and not to spoil your sleep or the sleep of the person lying next, you should pay attention to four important factors.

A way of life. Often snoring affects people who are overweight. A large number of excess fat compresses the throat and narrows the airway. To stop snoring, these people should change the way of life, begin to move more, to eat healthy.

Hydration. Snoring can occur due to dehydration and dry mouth. To avoid this, during the day drink enough water.

Food. Do not eat right before bedtime. This is especially true of dairy products, which accumulate in the throat and more mucus can partially block the airway.

Posture sleep. Try to sleep in the correct position. People who sleep on their side, are much less likely to snore than people who sleep on back or stomach.
