A year ago (in September 2015), the Russians similarly have assessed the situation (the index value of -52.), although this level of positive responses was higher.
Research project Manager VTsIOM Baskakova Yulia believes that the consolidation of the index of social evaluations positive is the result of a fairly quiet economically half: the ruble has stabilized, and after it the price.
