The last three years in Russia, steadily increasing the number of poor, and is largely concerned with working people. Western pattern of social life in which to work full solves, if not all, the bulk of the domestic problems of a man in Russia is not working from the word “quite”. This sad conclusion was voiced by Deputy Prime Minister Olga Golodets during his speech at the investment forum “Sochi-2016”.
“Unfortunately, in the country after 2014 is steadily growing poverty, and the measures we take, we believe, should be strengthened. First of all, poverty struck the people working, this is a special situation”, — quotes its words of RIA Novosti.
Deputy Prime Minister explained this phenomenon in a significant understatement of wages to real price of labour. “And today this trend seems to us the most serious,” — said Golodets.
In response to this call, she spoke about the government’s plan to bring the minimum wage to a living wage, but noted the difficulties associated with a narrow budget.

“Today in the Russian market of almost 5 million people — 4 million 800 thousand — us works for minimum wage and 1 million 800 thousand people are government employees who work for minimum wage” — reminded the Minister.
According to her, in Russia there is hardly such a work that can justly be paid at the rate of 7,500 rubles per month. Moreover, in the light of new proposals to reform the pension system, poverty wages will virtually guarantee the starvation of the person after his retirement.

“Our pension is the nature of insurance, how much a person earns, so he gets retirement. Lack of understanding of what a pension is deferred, the cost of labor is the most important motivation for a person to live and work in the country, it is a sign of high productivity and high wages and a high level of pension you can create a normal efficient economy. The lack of this understanding seriously today takes us into other discussions and can not develop the country”, — concluded Olga Golodets.
As reported by “Reuters”, at the end of September in mass media the information appeared that free medical care will soon be available for disabled Russians, if only they won’t pay a special tax for the use of social infrastructure, which for employed people is usually paid by the employer. But then in a press-service of the government said the lack of a bill on such a tax, and stressed that the Ministry of labor at the level of concrete decisions in this area were not accepted.
