The bar punched through the windshield of a moving car. 26-year-old driver of the car was not injured. A fallen piece of glass was a decorative element and not a part of the building.
In occupying a skyscraper, Deutsche Bahn stated that the holding company is not liable for the incident, as it is the only resident of the building. The condition of its facade controls an external management company. The city authorities have promised to do everything possible to avoid similar accidents in the future.
