Historians and archaeologists suggest that the temple belonged to the Pharaoh Nectanebo First.
Experts report that the finding could belong to Nectanebo the First Pharaoh, who ruled from 370 to 363 BC.
During excavations in the ancient city of Heliopolis, located in Northern Egypt, archaeologists from the Leipzig University have managed to discover the ruins of the temple. Today, the building looks like a large number of blocks, made of brown Sandstone, however, scientists were able to reconstruct its approximate look.
It is assumed that around the building was a stone column, the bottom decorated with black basalt. At the gate of the temple there were various patterns and inscriptions to decipher which has not yet succeeded.
