Chinese astrophysicists have called the possible nature of fast radio pulses, which previously took over the probable message of an alien civilization. Devoted to a study published in The Astrophysical Journal.

Scientists have tried to analyze the nature of one of the fast radio pulses FRB (Fast Radio Burst) 121102, who observed 16 times. His appearance scientists associated with the amplification of electromagnetic radiation as it passes through the asteroid belt in some distant planetary system.

The authors of the study showed that the frequency of FRB 121102 consistent with the distribution of asteroids in the Solar system. Assuming that other planetary systems arranged in a similar way, scientists came to their conclusions.

According to the authors of the study, it allows to track the frequency of occurrence of such events and, possibly, to detect asteroid belts in other planetary systems.

On the other hand, as noted by the opponents of scientists, this hypothesis is difficult to test, since the discovery of the asteroid belt in a distant planetary system is a time consuming task.

A quick pulse — a short flash that lead to the release into space huge amounts of energy, which is equivalent to the radiation emitted by the Sun within a few tens of thousands of years. Currently, scientists recorded at least 20 of these signals.

In 2015, the year of the Russian scientists of the Special astrophysical Observatory of the Russian Academy of Sciences, located in the Zelenchuk district of Karachay-Cherkess Republic, has detected a possible signal of an alien civilization of the second type. Electromagnetic radiation, recorded by scientists, turned out to be a signal of the Soviet military satellite.
