BioWare will soon show a certain game on a new intellectual property.
It seems that the heads of Electronic Arts can not decide whether they want to do re-releases of old games or not. In mid-August Vice-President of EA Studios Patrick Soderlund (Patrick Söderlund hinted that the company is eyeing the remaster, but COO Peter Moore (Peter Moore) in a fresh interview says exactly the opposite.
Moore spoke with IGN, and in some point the host asked him about the re-release of Mass Effect. Peter started to argue, saying that the company really would have raised easy money, just release it as it is a trilogy about Shepard again. And a lot of people constantly asking about it. But EA with their studios, they say, wants to move forward. At BioWare on the nose Mass Effect: Andromeda, and developers from it better not to distract. Besides EA there are no teams that are now hanging about — all work tirelessly on future projects.
In short, Moore is sticking to his opinion, which he expressed in October 2015. So I think now, someone from the EA bosses to believe and whether to wait for the conditional Mass Effect Trilogy HD!
Meanwhile, Soderlund spoke with business portal Games Industry and confirmed that BioWare will soon show a certain game on a new intellectual property. Maybe EA and its employees and really don’t have time to bother with re-releases?..
