Dvorkovich recommended that “Gazprom” and “Tatneft” freeze deliveries to Belarus

Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich has recommended to “Gazprom” and “Tatneft” to suspend fuel supplies to Belarus, reports on Thursday, March 17, Interfax with reference to the minutes of the meeting of the government Commission on fuel and energy complex (FEC).

The Deputy head of the government asked to provide data on the losses for the budget from the supply of “Gazprom” and “Tatneft”. In February, Deputy Prime Minister at the meeting of the Commission on the fuel and energy sector drew attention to the sharp increase in oil supplies to Belarus above-mentioned companies. He instructed the Ministry of energy, Federal customs service and the Ministry of Finance to report on the reasons for the increase and submit copies of documents confirming the payment of customs duties.
