Tomatoes and watermelons can help people suffering from cardiovascular diseases. As studies have shown, they contain the pigment lycopene, which restores the damaged diseases of the blood vessels and increases their permeability.
American scientists conducted a study involving 72 volunteers. As it turned out, patients and healthy individuals receiving the drug is lycopene, the permeability of blood vessels increased by 53%. So people, regularly eating tomatoes and watermelon, are less likely to suffer from cardiovascular diseases.
Lycopene is good because that improves the quality of sperm.
