What can players in the world arms market of the second echelon
Global changes in the world affect all spheres of politics and Economics, including such sensitive to external influences in the region, as production of weapons and military equipment. In General, the growing possibility of new players, especially against the background of continuing degradation of the defense industries of some European States promised serious changes on the market of military products and dual-use goods within the next 10-15 years.
