Born November 6, 1953 in Ukraine. He graduated from GAF VSPI them. S. M. Kirov in 1979. Studied at I. M. Stolyarov, and A. I. Memos Trained at MGPI im. Lenin, V. I. Maksimov, M. K. and Rostovtseva N. N. and at the Academy of arts in Saint Petersburg from Volkova, D. I., and Gerasimova M. M. member of the Union of artists of the USSR (now in Belarus) since 1991. Participant of regional, Republican, all-Union and international exhibitions since 1979.
Work Carpena A. F. are in the collections of the Polotsk historical-architectural Museum-reserve, Vitebsk art Museum, the cultural Department of the city of Nienburg (Germany), Posthof the city of Nienburg, in the cultural Department of the city of Wetzlar (Germany), Union of artists, Bremen (Germany), the society of the Belarusian-German friendship in the city of Cuxhaven (Germany), as well as in private collections in Austria, England, Belarus, Belgium, Germany, Greece, Israel, Italy, Ireland, Canada, China, Latvia, Poland, Russia, USA, Ukraine, France, The Czech Republic and Estonia.
