Chinese space station will consist of three modules.
Chinese newspaper “people’s daily” reported that China plans to launch space base module of its space station in 2018. Later on orbit will take the other two laboratory module, which acticoat with basic module “Tianhe-1”. A spokesman for the main research Institute van Junyan added that to complete the creation of the space station plan by 2022.
Chinese space station will consist of three modules — basic, and two of laboratory, each of them will weigh about 20 tons. The staff of the research Institute say that if the international space station will complete its work in 2024, the new Chinese space station will be in orbit in splendid isolation.
In the next few years by developers the Chinese space station will have to solve a number of problems, necessary for its creation. This year China will launch a space laboratory “Tianhe-1” and the spacecraft “Shenzhou-11 spacecraft with two astronauts who will dock with the lab.
The next in 2017 plans to launch China’s first space cargo ship “Tanjou-1”, which also acticoat with a laboratory for testing number of systems.
After the completion of the space station and the planned launch of the Chinese space telescope, which will make the company the American Hubble and will be in the same orbit with the station.
The first Chinese space laboratory was launched in 2011 and since then China has made with her two dockings. In March this year the laboratory has been decommissioned but is still in its orbit. At the moment it is slowly declining and will soon burn up in the Earth’s atmosphere.
