Rostekhnadzor on the audit of five oil refineries found violations at all facilities. This was stated by the head of Department Alexey Aleshin.
“Five plants tested: Novoshakhtinsk, “Gazprom, Salavatnefteorgsintez”, “LUKOIL – Volgogradneftepererabotka, LUKOIL-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez” refinery and Ryazan. To date, there is a check of the Krasnodar refinery and in may check the Kuibyshev, NovoKuibyshev and the Kirishi oil refinery. All plants identified violations”, — he said, RIA Novosti reported.
Alyoshin has noticed that the refinery is a large body, it has the old installations and new installations. “All companies are being exercised”, he added.
Meanwhile, the head of the Agency did not specify what measures will be taken against violators.
Earlier, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said that the oil companies should ensure that their plans for modernization of oil refineries.
“According to them, up to 2020 should be reconstructed and built 122 installation of secondary processes. The amount of investments these companies for these purposes is very significant. It needs to reach, according to experts, about 1.2 trillion rubles,” he says.
