Avakov said that Ukraine fully operational video recording system on the road.
Video fixation of violations of traffic rules in full will earn next year. This was announced by the Minister of internal Affairs Arsen Avakov at a briefing on Thursday.
“From July 1 to video recording in normal mode will not work. Will operate the test system. And such a system will work from next year”, – said Avakov. He added that the cost of this system amounts to “several billion dollars”. Avakov assured that the state will seek such funds, the interior Ministry plans to attract foreign partners.
“…We will announce the contest with participation of international financial institutions in order to attract international companies for such funding,” – said Avakov. He also announced the opening next week in Kiev, the new service centre of the Ministry of interior.
The Minister added that after the opening of first service centre in the capital of such institutions will earn in Ukraine. Service centers in easy mode you can get or exchange a driver’s license, register vehicle, get license plates, to issue a permit for the transportation of cargo, etc. the interior Minister said that he expects to complete the reform of administrative services until spring. Specialists in service centers will be recruited through competition.
