The Communist youth League of China and Alibaba Group will train Chinese adolescents from rural areas of the country to work on the Internet. According to news Agency Xinhua, the corresponding contract has been signed and the parties expect that the courses of Internet business will be of interest not less than 1 million people.

It is known that in the framework of this agreement the current leader in the sector of online sales in China, the company Alibaba has pledged to organize training activities and training for graduates of Chinese universities, who will be returning from the cities so-called “first-line” to the countryside, where they will further develop online business courses using the knowledge and experience.

According to Xinhua company Ant Financial, which is one of the financial division of Alibaba Group plans to invest in a new program of 1 billion yuan (about 10.5 billion rubles).

It is worth mentioning that thanks to the active support of the government of the people’s Republic of China e-Commerce is rapidly developing not only in big cities but also in rural areas of China today and even the small Chinese farmers are able to sell their products online. As noted by Xinhua, in Chinese villages are thriving with new service centers, whose main task is to help those citizens who are not able to buy and sell goods and services online. In these centers, residents of rural areas may, for example, to order the necessary goods in online stores, including with the possibility of delivery at the address of that centre where they prefer to pick up their orders.

The number of rural service centres is constantly growing. If in 2009 there were only 3 in the whole China, in the past these worked 780, and by 2019, says Xinhua, the government is preparing to build 100000 rural centers and centers 1000 regional level, what is planned to allocate 10 billion yuan.
