The government approved the rules of collection of utilization data collection with self-propelled cars and trailers to them, as well as a list of the types of such vehicles.
The draft decree was prepared by the Ministry of industry and trade in the framework of the amendments to the law “On wastes of production and consumption”, which came into force on 1 January 2016.
According to legislators, recycling will help reduce polluting of the import of used self-propelled equipment.
Money from the recycling collection will be aimed at development of infrastructure for waste management, utilization of self-propelled machines, as well as to support domestic industry. Park of self-propelled machinery, according to legislators, will have updated cars produced in Russia.
