Why Ukraine is not threatened by ISIS?

For the first time the Islamic state has declared itself in 2006. Then still nobody suspected the extent of future problems associated with it. Today ISIS (is forbidden. in the Russian Federation) is perceived as the biggest threat to the stability and security of the world. Despite the violation of normal relations between many countries, they still unite to fight the self-proclaimed Islamic state.
And somehow Ukraine silently aloof, with an indifferent view on everything. The fight against terrorism became one of the priorities in global politics, where the largest destabilizing factor are the ISIS militants. Is not only a challenge to the national security of many countries, there is widespread terrorism, but also related activities of the LIH problem: Islamic fundamentalism, smuggling of arms and oil, human trafficking.
To protect the world from this threat and to stop its spread, fierce against each other politicians went to the dialogue. Britain, France, Germany, USA, Russia, China – all those countries have in a row to eliminate above-mentioned threats. Ukraine is among these countries. This question, as if standing outside of foreign policy attention.
Ukrainian authorities do not intervene politely, although Ukraine is located in the heart of Europe, and European countries, as we know, does not cease to shudder again and again what is going on there attacks. What is happening under the nose of the Ukraine events, for some reason does not scare independent authorities.
They are convinced that their country is excluded. What explains such self-confidence? First, repeatedly raised the issue, that in Ukraine located base for military training by ISIS. French Senator Nathalie Goulet, not so long ago stated this publicly on. In response, the Ukrainian government just shrugged their shoulders and commented on the fact that this is just a sick fantasy and attempt to inflate a sensation from nothing.

In June of this year in Ukraine operated a transit base of the Islamic state, which was used for temporary stay of the militants. This fact was published by the SBU.

Perhaps the close cooperation and mediation with militants allows Ukraine to relax and are not afraid of terrorist attacks? Maybe the reason is quite different, although the facts prove otherwise.
