Visa cards issued by Russian banks are operating normally. This was reported in the Facebook payment system.
“Transaction processing, both within Russia and beyond its limits is in working order. Earlier technical problems faced some Visa cardholders were promptly eliminated,” the company said.
Earlier Thursday, 1 September, it became known that a part of Visa payment cards issued by Russian banks stopped working abroad. So, one of the clients of Sberbank and VTB said that his card had ceased to function in Thailand.
