US surpasses Russia and Saudi Arabia for total recoverable oil reserves. It is reported by The Financial Times .

Recoverable oil reserves in the United States at existing fields, explored and unexplored areas, is 264 billion barrels, Russia – 256 billion barrels, and Saudi Arabia – 212 billion barrels.

After this message, the price of oil continued to fall.
