This is a cemetery of dinosaurs.
All major discoveries were made in 1925, the American expedition, but now often find the fossilized remains of the dinosaur age 65 million years! Figure available just for my understanding…What will come after us for the same period if suddenly and we will fly above the asteroid.
The mystery of a mass grave of a huge number of raptors in one place, scientists have tried to solve long ago. According to one popular hypothesis, the dinosaurs suddenly (in historical terms) died as a result of some global catastrophe. In Bandage we stood day and managed to izlasit most part of canyons, red clay cliffs. Hard to believe, but it’s not rock, but pure clay of different shapes. Just Martian landscape!
Since the first expedition from the Museum of natural history, the U.S. has collected the first fossilized eggs, and dinosaur bones in Mongolia was found about 80 skeletons of dinosaurs more than 60 species, representing the fourth quarter of all recorded finds of dinosaurs in the world. These places have been discovered such unique finds as locking the whole dinosaurs and their skeletons. UNESCO notes that these findings are of immense value to science. In 1996, the organization has recorded them as “Natural heritage Lands” to include the category of “Unique value on Earth” ().

What else was impressive, and so is the weather, especially after yesterday’s downpour and storms that chased us half a day. However, along with this there were no clouds, and with them the hopes of the sunset. But there were chances at starry night!
By sunset, the rocks began to glow even more and the color was absolutely wild.
The area I am personally reminded of the Arizona desert, though I never there was. But the photo the resemblance is obviously there.
The sun was setting, a cloudless sky, harsh shadows. And still incredibly beautiful.
The setting sun added even more red in the wild palette. You will not believe how happy we were green when she got out of the desert 🙂
