Ukraine believes that Gazprom and other participants in the construction of the pipeline “Nord stream — 2 should coordinate their actions with the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU), somewhat TASS.
“If concerted actions lead or can lead to prevention, elimination or restriction of competition, in accordance with paragraph 5 of article 10 of the law on protection of economic competition, such concerted actions are prohibited to receive in the prescribed manner a permit from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine”, – is spoken in the address of the ACU to the participants of the project.
