In the state of California have detained three people in the case of the December attack.
In the USA detained three people associated with the shooter from San Bernardino said Rizvan Farouk, among them – two Russians.

The report States that all detainees have family ties with a terrorist. In particular, it is detained 31-year-old said Rachel Farooq — brother of “arrow” from San-Bernardino, his 31-year-old wife Tatiana Farooq and her 26-year-old sister Mary Black, who also is married to Enrique Marquez. The latter is the case together with said Rizvan Farouk on the financial support of terrorists in 2011 and 2012.
The report stresses that during the investigation of a terrorist attack in San Bernardino it was found that Marquez — former neighbor said Rizwan Farooq — is married to Black. The investigators found that Marquez has agreed to marry a Black, so that she was able to obtain immigration benefits, which had not, as it is the citizen of Russia”. Rachel Farooq and Farooq Tatiana participated in the conspiracy, the statement of the Prosecutor’s office. They both helped “create the illusion” of marriage between Marquez and Black.
All three are accused of conspiracy to knowingly make false statements under oath in relation to the immigration laws of the United States. This charge provides for a sentence of up to five years in prison.
Black also is charged with visa fraud, violation of visa laws and perjury, including employees of Federal institutions. In total, she faces up to 25 years in prison.
Recall that the shooting in an institution for people with disabilities in San Bernardino, California occurred December 2 around 11:00. The criminals opened fire in a conference room during a party district civil servants. According to recent reports, the victims were 14 people. Another 17 were injured, ten of them are in serious condition.
