Russia has simplified procedure of registration at place of residence. This happened in connection with the undo Russian paper certificates of state registration of the property rights.
According to the official representative of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia Irina Wolf, there is no need to present a document, just specify its registration number in the application. The staff of the passport offices themselves will check their authenticity in the appropriate register, according to news Agency “SeverInform” with reference to “Russian planet”.
Recall, July 15-Russia canceled the paper certificate of registration of ownership of real estate. From that day, the document ceased to give out during real estate transactions. In addition, from 1 January 2017, a certificate shall cease to accept and government authorities. Proof of the right to property is now considered an extract from the Unified state register of rights to immovable property and transactions with it (EGRP).
