To lose weight, we must first have a dessert

Dieters people always abstain from sweets, however this is wrong.

This is evidenced by the research scientists from Imperial College in London.

Experts believe that during a meal you need to eat dessert first. This is due to the fact that eating sugary foods to help suppress appetite and fight with overeating.

Glucose is the main energy source of the brain and found in chocolate, cakes and desserts. Protein of the brain called glucokinase keeps track of what amount of glucose consume.

If the consumption of glucose is too low, the brain “tells” the body what to eat more starchy and sugary foods. As soon as the amount of glucokinase in the brain decreases, and decreases appetite.

This helps to explain why some people can’t resist chocolate or devour a dessert: they have a higher level of glucokinase in the brain.
