1. Milk

Therefore, endocrinologists recommend to use the milk, which give a proven cow or significantly reduce its use.

2. Sugar

Sugar greatly affects the hormone insulin, which is needed to convert glucose into energy. Increased concentration of insulin in the blood can trigger the development of type II diabetes and obesity. Moreover, during the growth of insulin in the body decreases the particular amount of globulin, which regulates the production of estrogen and testosterone. In this case, it fails, and may develop infertility or the formation of belly fat.

3. Stevia

Stevia is considered to be one of the most useful sugar substitutes, but endocrinologists warn against regular use of the sweetener. According to doctors, more research is needed to ensure that it is safe for women’s health, because stevia has long been used to prevent pregnancy. In addition, the plant is also accused of violating the reproductive system of males.

4. Soy

According to doctors, the soy, even the organic, is similar to estrogen structure. In this case, the body considers sufficient amounts of this hormone and stops its production. When there is a reduction in the level of natural estrogen – this entails a reduction in the production of other hormones, resulting in a negative impact on conception in women. Thus, the frequent consumption of soy can cause a violation production of sex hormones, leading to such diseases as infertility and breast cancer.

5. Red meat

As experts explain, the regular consumption of red meat not only increases the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases, but also adversely affects hormonal balance.
