1.Yogurt contains helpful germs called probiotics. They live in the intestine and improve digestion and assimilation of food. But they also help the body to fight diseases. One study showed that children who regularly drank yogurt, 19% rarely suffered from colds, ear infections and pharyngitis.

2.Kefir. There is not much evidence about the benefits of yogurt, but some studies show that it can help in strengthening the immune system.

3.Walnuts – they contain healthy omega acids that are good for children in many ways. Experts believe that omega acids help the body to fight the disease. In one small study, it was discovered that omega acids can reduce the incidence of respiratory infections in frequently ailing children.

4.Fruits and vegetables. To help the immune system, doctors suggest to choose fresh fruits and vegetables, which contain large amounts of vitamin C is citrus fruits, strawberries, peppers, broccoli and sweet potatoes.

5.Lean meat. Do not think about the pork chop as a tool to strengthen the immune system, however, lean meats can help. First of all, it contains the necessary younger body protein. Secondly, lean meats contain zinc, which helps white blood cells to effectively fight infection.
