Usually these foods are considered harmful for the figure, but in fact it is not so.

Throwing out egg yolk, according to fitness trainer, people are making a mistake. Because it balances the amino acid composition of proteins and, thus, creates the perfect combination of amino acids for optimal muscle growth. 2. Cocoa. Chocolate with a high cocoa content (80%) contains antioxidants, including theobromine, which helps to lower blood pressure.

3. Olive and coconut oil. Coconut milk and oil is a good source of saturated fats known as medium-chain triglycerides. Component of fat is lauric acid — a nutrient for your immune system. So it is useful to strengthen this chocolate immunity. Olive oil is source of oleic acid, which lowers cholesterol and slows the development of heart disease. Fitness trainer claims that this is one of the most useful products that can be consumed daily.

4. Avocado. This product is considered one of the most beneficial to the body. It has anti-inflammatory effect. Avocado is rich in carotenoids, together with vitamin E help to destroy cancer cells. In addition, avocado regulates blood sugar, reduces cholesterol levels and probability of cardiovascular disease.

5. Walnuts and almonds. As you know, most nuts contains between 75% to 90% fat. They contain healthy fats and other micronutrients: vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Also nuts are a good source of fiber and protein, they help control appetite and blood sugar levels.
