The past season, despite all the problems in Ukrainian football to the Premier League has been quite successful.
The main supplier of points in the UEFA coefficients table became Shakhtar – Donetsk due to the semi-finals of the Europa League brought 23 points from the total 49.
Five points less to the common Fund put the capital “Dynamo” – Kiev for the first time since 1999, managed to qualify for the knockout stages of the Champions League, losing on aggregate to future semi-finalist Manchester city.
Other clubs (Dnipro Zorya and Vorskla) the three of us were honored by eight points. From the above trio, only “Dnepr” played in the group stage of the Europa League.
Due to the success of the European Cup seasons “Dynamo” and “miner” Ukraine is confidently entrenched in eighth position. From seventh place our clubs separates the gap at six points.
