TOKYO, 1 Jul — RIA Novosti, Ivan Zakharchenko.South Korean President Park Geun-Hye has openly called on soldiers and inhabitants of the DPRK to flee the country to the South, speaking on Saturday at a solemn meeting on the occasion of the 68th anniversary of the Korean armed forces.

“We open the way to the North Koreans found their dreams and their destiny. We want you to be at any time heading in a free Republic of Korea,” said Park Geun-Hye, addressing the people of the DPRK.
