The President of the Philippines Rodrigo Duterte Tuesday, speaking in Manila, said the intention to buy arms from Russia and China.
According to him, the U.S. refuses to sell him the missiles and other weapons, so he decided to go to Moscow and Beijing.
“You may my speech seem crappy, but my sacred duty is to maintain the unity of our Republic and the welfare of the people. If you don’t want to sell a gun, I’ll turn to Russia. I sent the generals, and the Russians said, “don’t worry, friend, we have everything you need, and you’ll have it”. Last Monday, September 26, the Philippine leader also said he intends to form an Alliance with Russia and China.
