Commercial oil stocks in the United States (excluding strategic reserves) for the week ended August 5, rose 1.1 million barrels, or 0.2%, to 523,6 million barrels, said Analysts polled by Reuters, on the contrary, believed that the reserves for the week decreased to 1,025 million barrels to 521,475 million barrels.

Oil production in the U.S. last week, according to the Ministry, fell 0.17%, or 15 thousand barrels per day, up to 8,445 million barrels per day.

The oil reserves in the country’s largest terminal Cushing (Cushing) fell by 1.2 million barrels to 65.3 million barrels.

Gasoline inventories in the U.S. fell by 2.8 million barrels, or 1.2% to 235,4 million barrels.

Analysts had expected the figure will drop to 1,063 million barrels. Distillate stocks fell 2 million barrels, or 1.3%, to 151,2 million barrels, passes RIA “news”. Analysts predicted that this figure will grow by 0,513 million barrels.
