Ukraine expanded sanctions against Russia, limiting, among other things, the activities of a number of Russian payment systems. The corresponding solution is fixed by presidential decree No. 467/2016, the text of which and the relevant sanctions lists published on the website of the President.
According to the document introduces a ban on the implementation of activities in Ukraine and cancelled the registration of treaties by residents of Ukraine on the participation in the international payment system “Zolotaya Korona” payment organization of which is the rnko “Payment center”.
Usual prohibition of negotiation of the terms and procedure of activities in Ukraine of the international payment system “Unistream”, which is managed by JSC CB “Unistream”, and also revoked the registration of treaties by residents of Ukraine on the participation in the international payment system “Unistream”.
In addition, imposed a ban on approval of conditions and order of activities in Ukraine of the international payment system “Hummingbird” (formerly “Blitz”) and the activities of its payment institution, which controls the “Sberbank of Russia”, cancelled the registration of treaties by residents of Ukraine on the participation in the international payment system “Hummingbird”.
A ban on the implementation of activities in Ukraine and cancelled the registration of treaties by residents of Ukraine on the participation in the international payment system “International money transfers Leader”, the payment organization of which is NCO JSC “Leader”.
The Ordinance also prohibits approval of conditions and order of activities in Ukraine of the international payment system “Anelik”, which is managed by the CB “Anelik RU” and cancelled the registration of treaties by residents of Ukraine on the participation in the international payment system “Anelik”.
In addition, a ban on approval of conditions and order of activities in Ukraine of the international payment system “Blizko”, which is managed by the JSCB “Svyaz-Bank” and cancelled the registration of treaties by residents of Ukraine on the participation in the international payment system “Blizko”.
