Pumpkin seeds. Millions of Russians regularly consume seeds, which not only helps you lose excess weight, but also improve heart health. Sunflower seeds are full of phytosterols, which prevent the absorption of cholesterol from food, thereby reducing this figure. The presence of magnesium reduces the risk of stroke and protects us from heart attack.
