It is assumed that the proportion of the scientific programme in the total budget expenditures will decrease from 0.98 percent in 2015, up 0.87 per cent in 2019.
The Ministry of education offers in the next year to lay off up to 500 people. The greatest personnel loss expect the Academy of Sciences and Kurchatov Institute.
Thus, the Agency believes it is necessary to delete from payroll FANO by 2019, 8.3 per thousand researchers (already in 2017 can be fired 3.5 thousand people). At the Kurchatov Institute of the Ministry of education is preparing to dismissal of 1,5 thousand people next year.
Recall, Russian President Putin after his inauguration in may 2012 signed a package of decrees, according to which by 2018, the salary of University teachers and scientific employees should be double the average for the region.
