In the period from October 24 to November 1, the Finance Ministry of Russia will hold the all-Russian week of savings in 2016. It should be noted that this will be the third all-Russian week of savings.
As reported by the press service of the Ministry of Finance of Russia, the event, the Ministry of Finance will be conducted jointly with the Federal service for supervision of consumer rights protection and human welfare.
The event will hold about 1000 teachers and advisors, which was prepared by the Ministry of Finance in the framework of the Project on financial literacy, as well as representatives from various governmental agencies, analysts and experts in the financial industry, the leaders of the strongest universities in the country and the players of the financial market.
The main objective of specialists in this event is to improve the financial literacy of the population, as well as training of citizens for the protection of the rights of consumers and responsible attitude to personal funds, the Ministry reported.
It should be noted that according to forecasts of the Ministry of Finance, national savings week 2016 can visit more than 1.5 million people.
